We first assess the drawings provided by the customer and offer mold development plans according to their requirements.
With extensive experience in developing hundreds of electronic cigarette molds, we proceed to evaluate the customer's drawings, conduct computer-aided simulations on product structures and appearance requirements, and optimize mold development plans based on factors such as mold structure and appearance by our engineers.
The next step involves material selection and the choice of suitable steel and runner systems for the molds.
Advanced machining equipment is utilized during mold processing to ensure precision and meet appearance requirements.
Processed electronic cigarette mold components undergo inspection using a coordinate measuring machine to ensure accuracy and delivery times.
After inspection, the components are sent to the assembly workshop, where the mold is assembled and checked for its actual condition using a mold clamping machine to determine if it is ready for injection molding production.
Subsequently, we move on to the T0 trial mold stage. Samples are sent to the customer for confirmation. Our engineers then optimize the mold to ensure stable production.
