8 sets of printer molds exported
Today, we are finalizing the appearance and packaging of eight sets of printer molds that are about to be handed over to our customer. These molds are all renowned Japanese
printer component molds. From the customer's order placement and drawing confirmation to the first product test (T0), we spent a total of 30 working days.
During these 30 working days, our production process included the following key steps:
-
Requirement Confirmation and Drawing Design:
After receiving the customer's order, we first engage in detailed requirement confirmation to ensure we understand the specific needs. Subsequently, our design team creates detailed mold designs based on the provided drawings.
-
Mold Manufacturing:
Once the design is confirmed, our production team begins manufacturing the molds. This involves selecting the mold materials, precision machining, assembly, and initial testing. Throughout this process, we adhere to high-standard quality control procedures to ensure every mold meets expectations.
-
Testing and Adjustment:
After the molds are manufactured, we conduct the first test (T0). Based on the test results, we make necessary adjustments and optimizations to ensure the mold's performance and product quality are at their best.
-
Final Inspection and Confirmation:
After multiple rounds of testing and optimization, our quality control team performs a final inspection of the appearance and functionality to ensure all molds fully meet the customer's requirements.
Once the molds are completed and pass the final inspection, we proceed with packaging. To ensure the molds are not damaged during transportation, we use vacuum bags to seal the molds. This packaging method not only effectively prevents dust and moisture intrusion but also provides extra protection against physical damage during transit.
Each mold package includes detailed documentation, such as:
-
Mold Usage Instructions:
Detailed instructions on how to use the molds and precautions to take.
-
Quality Inspection Report:
Records of the mold's various test data and results, ensuring the customer has a comprehensive understanding of the mold's quality.
-
Maintenance Manual:
Provides daily maintenance and care suggestions to help customers extend the mold's lifespan.
